Time of arrival - from 3:30pm
Time of departure - by 10:30am
Prices include linen, towels, heating and electricity. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
To have your booking confirmed please send a deposit of a third to us. This will be non-returnable. The remaining balance will be due six weeks before the start of your holiday or, if the booking starts within six weeks then full payment is required. The balance is only refundable if we are able to re-let so we recommend that you take out insurance.
